David Gradwell is Emeritus Professor of Aerospace Medicine, King's College London; formerly a consultant in aviation medicine, Guy's & St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, King's Health Partners and the Royal Air Force Consultant Advisor in aviation medicine. He is Immediate President of the International Academy of Aviation & Space Medicine a Past President of the Aerospace Medical Association. Elizabeth Wilkinson is a Consultant in Occupational and Aviation medicine and was formerly Head of Health Services at British Airways. She is President of the UK Association of Aviation Medical Examiners and Past President of the International Airline Medical Association.
