Ergography is a procedure by which a graphical record of muscle contractions is obtained and the amount of work done is calculated. Mosso's Ergograph is a reliable and valid instrument to calculate the work done. In both Males and Females, as the statistical analysis (Pearson's correlation test) shows, there is a positive correlation between Mamsa Dhatu Sarata, Asthi Dhatu Sarata and Work done capacity.
