Produktbeschreibung
This memorial seeks to describe the processes of creation of the short film Eroica, starting from personal worries and writings about the gradual process of hearing loss to the transformation of an idea into film. Eroica brings sound as the main narrative and aesthetic line, inviting the audience to listen similar to a person with Otosclerosis - progressive hearing loss - placing it in the universe of this new sound experience. The idea took shape from the reading of Ludwig Van Beethoven's will, where he reported the misfortune of the process of hearing loss and described all his tormented feelings in his social isolation. The film invites to a new way of seeing and hearing the world, bringing the audience closer to a more organic, provocative, uncomfortable proposal that is not composed of words, but of immersive situations, in the realm of feeling and bringing to light a discussion about the ways of being, hearing and how they are inserted in the most varied social contexts.
