Dr. Bryan T. Shaw served honorably in the United States Army for 5 years. Bryan is currently a Management Administrator with the City of Savannah. He is primarily responsible for managing a $10 million dollar operating budget and procurement activities for the Water Reclamation Department. Prior to this position, Bryan was a Senior Budget Analyst
