Autorenporträt
Dr. Emmanuel Obiano is a Senior Lecturer at Taraba State University; holds a PhD in Environmental Health Science and a PhD in Public Administration. He is a Fellow of the West African Postgraduate College of Environmental Health. Dr. Obiano was a Technical Officer, HIV/AIDS VCT in the USAID-Funded IMPACT Project in Nigeria.
