Dr. Andreas Raharso is the former Dean of Hay Group Global Research Centre, an affiliation of Harvard University and funded by the Singapore Government. A thought-leader in disruptive innovation, he created the original 1st People Analytic module at INSEAD Business School, and two postgraduate modules, Next Practice and People Strategy, at the National University of Singapore Business School.
