Mulligan was to befriend this highly guarded and suspecting gangster. Great!. All they wanted to begin with was where the gangster was planning to travel to next. Mulligan indeed makes real friends with the suspect but suddenly everything changes when covid begins to spread worldwide. Mulligan literally escapes not only his new friend's enemies as well as covid by sailing away in the new friend's (ex gangster?) luxury Feadship yacht. They travel all over the Pacific as they await a vaccine and a country that will allow them to hide. All time for lots of things to happen, definitely. In addition, there are the humorous, honest emails from our other really old friend Bruno, who is now very wealthy and writes of setting up an intentional community in the Gulf Islands in BC, Canada.
