Autorenporträt
This is Julija Rudolph's memoir-a true story. Due to the author's candor, she must remain anonymous to protect her family, friends and all of the characters mentioned in her book. Generally, she was born in 1952. She has worked for 40 years at various clerical and administrative positions before retiring in 2014. She is an ordinary middleclass person who could possibly be your relative, neighbor or friend. Attending college part-time, she completed courses in philosophy, ethics, and psychology; however, she does not have a college degree or a title. More so, she speaks from her own experiences and from her heart. After many years of intense introspection and with the help of her doctors and therapists, she was granted significant awareness of her "self"-her subconscious mind. As Buddha said, "Three things cannot be long hidden: the sun, the moon, and the truth." Her only desire is to ease the emotional suffering of others as she eased her own suffering. May you now find your peace of mind here, within the pages of Ms. Rudolf's book written "Especially to Those Who Suffer"!
