The main topic for this thesis is economic risk and risk management, primarily within aquaculture. In particular, political risk is studied, defined as risk related to political decisions and regulations. Autorenporträt
Ole Jakob Bergfjord (b. 1978) finished his MSc (Finance) in 2001. This monograph is based on the thesis from his PhD project; finished in 2008 at the University of Southern Denmark, and funded by the Norwegian Agricultural Economics Research Institute. He currently works as associate professor in economics at Bergen University College, Norway.
