Autorenporträt
Fatma M. Utku-¿smihan received B.B.A. (1994) and Master's degree in Economics (1995) from Eastern Mediterranean University and her second MSc. Degree in Economics (2002) from University of York (England). In 2016, received her Ph.D. degree from Science and Technology Policy Studies, Middle East Technical University.
