Autorenporträt
Batuuka Samuel nasceu a 15 de Junho de 1963 em Iganga Uganda. Estudou História e Filosofia na Universidade de Makerere e fez Mestrado em Filosofia, ensinou História na escola secundária SDA de Katikamu de 1989 a 1993. Está ao serviço do Governo da República do Uganda como Oficial de Desenvolvimento Comunitário no Governo Local do Distrito de Iganga.
