Allen, Ph.D., is Luther Henderson University Chair in Management and Leadership and also Senior Associate Dean at the TCU Neeley School of Business, Distinguished Research Environment Professor at Warwick Business School in the UK, and former Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Management.
