An investigation "Estimation of Heavy metals in the blood of cancerous patients" was conducted in Research Laboratory, Department of Environmental Sciences, Govt. College University Faisalabad and Chemistry Lab, AARI, Faisalabad. A total 30 blood samples of three cancer types of farmed "Prostate cancer, Lung cancer and Breast cancer" were collected from Cancer center, Allied Hospital, Faisalabad. Blood samples were digested by using nitric acid in incubator and centrifugation. Digested samples were diluted with distilled water. Metal analysis were carried out by using AAS and statistical analysis were applied on concentrations of lead, cadmium and iron from blood of various types of cancerous patients. it was observed after blood sample analysis that all the metal contents showed significant differences in the three types Prostate cancer, Lung cancer and Breast cancer. On the other hand, the overall comparison among three cancer types under two groups was concluded that maximum metal contents were recorded in three types of cancers. Highest cadmium concentration was recorded in lung cancer, highest iron in prostate cancer whereas highest lead in breast cancer was recorded.
