The majority of individuals who consume fresh fruit, such as lime, sweet lemon, mango, and pineapple, do not take into account the nutritional analyses of the juice composition, citric acid content, total soluble solids, and sugar concentration and its nutritional qualities. The goal of the investigation was to look at the nutritional analyses of the selected acidic and sub-acidic citrus fruits' juice content, citric acid content, total soluble solids, and sugar concentration. So, the current study reached a decision based on observations that every fruit has distinctive features with great nutritional value, and daily fruit consumption strengthens the immune system to fend off numerous diseases.
