Hesbon Otieno is an Engineering graduate from Egerton University, Kenya where he obtained his BSc. and MSc degrees. He teaches Hydrology and Water Resources Management at South Eastern University College, a constituent college of the University of Nairobi. Currently he is a researcher in Civil Engineering at the University of Bristol in the UK.
