Estância Del Pérez is the story of a young man in the late 1800s, who was abruptly elevated to the Don of a large agricultural enterprise, that included both farming and cattle ranching along the northern borders of Chihuahua and Sonora. As a young man in his early 20s, he was tasked with being the head of a family and ranch. Tony Bunts is the author of Loving Da Gale and Estância Del Pérez. He grew up as a preacher's kid. As a child, he lived throughout Texas and New Mexico. As an adult, he lived in Colorado, New Mexico, Texas and Arizona. He was a high school All American Football player, a farmhand, a ranch hand, a plumber's helper, a surveyor, electrician, farmer, miner, forestry contractor, auction representative, real estate investor, and real estate broker.
