TROY NIX, Business leader, international motivational speaker, husband, father, and friend, TROY NIX is the founder, president, and CEO of First Resource, Inc., an innovative association management company for America's manufacturers. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, as well as the School of Hard Knocks, Troy served in leadership positions for over three decades in the armed forces and in public and private industry while becoming a force for good in the business world and beyond, sharing his stories and lessons from the speaking stage with audiences around the world.
