Farghaly is an assistant professor in nursing management and leadership at the college of nursing, Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University and a Lecturer of Nursing Administration at faculty of Nursing- Alexandria University. She teached a lot of nursing courses related to management, ethics, quality, policy for more than 12 years.
