At present, the world is manifested by the absence of ethics not only in relationships, but also the business and living conditions. Absence of ethics allows the creation of consumer thinking, which brings up the cost in a desirable, but also in unwanted consumption. The management of this translates focus on monitoring developments quantity. therefore measurable and thus not respecting the unity between quality and quantity. Theory and practice of management, therefore, promotes the development of technical aspects. It does not pay sufficient attention to the acquisition of quantitative values, as well as upgrading the content and objectives of management.
