The author is Professor of Business & Professional Ethics based on significant scholarly contributions to the academic literature on an enhanced theory of virtue, virtues as core competencies in ethical decision-making, a stakeholder theory of capitalism, and linking corporate governance with ethics. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Ethics.
