The third section examines the relationship between the four-main normative ethical approaches (deontological, utilitarian, virtue, and care) and corporate social responsibility (CSR) and how the sustainability roles of multinational oil corporations (MNOC) operating in Nigeria s Niger Delta can be improved. Lastly, the fourth section, evaluate public governance and management in Africa from a utilitarian (good or bad consequences) perspective and proposes ways for improving the situation.

Omoregie Charles Osifo, PhD is a Researcher at the University of Vaasa, Finland. He holds a Master and a Doctorate degree in Administrative Science from the same university. He is published in various scholarly management and institutional journals on issues relating to ethics, anti-corruption policies and procedures, public governance, etc.
