Shane S. Bush, Ph.D., ABPP, ABPN is in independent practice in Smithtown, NY. He is board certified in Neuropsychology by the American Board of Professional Neuropsychology and board certified in Rehabilitation Psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology. He has served as member or chair of the Ethics Committees of APA's Divisions of Neuropsychology and Rehabilitation Psychology and the New York State Psychological Association. He is a member of the National Academy of Neuropsychology's Policy and Planning Committee. He an editorial board member of The Clinical Neuropsychologist, co-editing the Ethical and Professional Issues section, and is an editorial board member of the Journal of Forensic Neuropsychology and Applied Neuropsychology. He is co-editor of the book Ethical Issues in Clinical Neuropsychology and co-author of the book Health Care Ethics for Psychologists: A Casebook. He has presented on ethical issues in neuropsychology and rehabilitation psychology at national conferences.
