The purpose of this book sought to correlate ethical leadership with transformational leadership needs in the sphere of county governance. It investigated the possibilities of unethical actions and behavior in the county management. It was discovered there was need to create awareness on prospects of building capacity through mentoring and role modeling through biblical values to positively affect and create an anti-dote of pseudo-transformational leadership. In the study process it was discovered these would enhance performance beyond expectations among the leaders and their followers to inculcate integrity to followers through what leaders had committed themselves do as espoused values in their leadership journey in fostering effective county governance. These required high levels of political accountability, diversity management approaches from the sub-county representation all the way to the top echelons of County Governor.
