Paul D. Miller is professor of the Practice of International Affairs at Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service, co-chair of the Global Politics and Security concentration in the MSFS program, and a non-resident senior fellow with the Atlantic Council's Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security. Series Editors: C. Ben Mitchell (PhD, University of Tennessee) is a research fellow of the Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission. Jason Thacker (PhD candidate, The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary) is assistant professor of philosophy and ethics at Boyce College and a research fellow in Christian ethics and director of the Research Institute at the Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission.
