One of the great challenges for health in the coming years is not the technological limit, but the ethical one. The areas of biotechnology and genetic engineering have become fields of promising knowledge, with science moving from identifying and decoding the human genome to therapeutic intervention and genetic selection. The possession of technological knowledge has become the main weapon of competition between countries, which inevitably leads to their economic and political primacy on the international scene.Faced with a globalised world, the industrial model of social structuring and economic development, due to its inherent capacity to produce unintended effects, has led to a series of unintended consequences for contemporary society. In this context, international development would be possible due to the evolution of the political order based on the education of a human nature endowed with infinite malleability. Therefore, this approach presupposes the development of society's obsolete institutions as a path towards the evolution of the international order.
