Therefore, synthesizing the policy and other ancillary documents including performances so far are being an essential issue for recommending corrective measures in recent times.

Menberu Teshome has obtained his Master of Arts Degree in Economic Geography in 2007. Since then he has been teaching several environment and development related courses for both undergraduate and postgraduate students in the University of Gondar, Ethiopia. Currently, he is pursuing his Ph.D in development studies, Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia
