The Author has a B.A. in Political Science and International Relations from Addis Ababa University, Addis Ababa (2003-2006) and M.A. in Public Policy from National Graduate Institute of Policy Studies (GRIPS) Tokyo, Japan (2008-2009). He is a Lecturer at Mekelle University since 2006.
