Author is a faculty and PhD scholar (Biotechnology) at KI University, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. Got his MPhil from QAU, Islamabad. MSc. (distinction) from Peshawar University. Also educated at Aga Khan University and BI Canada. He is a freelance writer, consultant on resource mobilization and impact studies. Also he is a CEDR-UK trained mediator.
