Geographically Agrore Valley is traced between 34o - 13' and 35o - 10' north latitudes and 72o - 50' and 74o - 09' east longitude, total area of the valley is 40945 acres and the total population was 5694. An ethnobotanical Survey of Agrore valley, District Mansehra was conducted in 2008 to explore the human plants relationship. During study, 88 plants specie belonging to 46 families belongs to Herb, Shrub, Tree, and Climber. Among 88 plants species 44 species are Herbs, 14 species Shrubs, 17 species are Trees and 11 species are Climber. Among these 88 plants species, 8, 9, 3, 8, 13, 7, 9, 3, 5, 1, 2, 2 plant species are Carminative, stimulant, cardic, skin disease, diarectic, laxative, blood pressure, diarrhea,asthma, anemia, kidney and liver, cough respectively. While 10, 5, 11, 5, 8 plants were reported as used for vegetable, fuel, fodder, furniture and wood respectively.
