Author started working in Health System of Nepal as a Health Assistant in Government of Nepal.Then he is continuously in different positions in ADRA Nepal, International Organization for Migration, CARE Nepal and UNICEF. He is Public Health graduate from Institute of Medicine and post graduate in sociology from Tribhuvan University Nepal.
