Stephen Minas is an Assistant Professor at the School of Transnational Law, Peking University, China, and Senior Research Fellow in the Transnational Law Institute at King's College London, UK. Vassilis Ntousas is the International Relations Policy Advisor at the Foundation for European Progressive Studies, Belgium.
