He was loaned four times during his spell at Steaua, twice at NC Foresta Suceava, and once at Farul Constan a and Astra Ploie ti. Between 2004 and 2007, Eugen played for FC Na ional until the club's relegation to Liga 2. In 2007 he signed a contract with FC Bra ov.
