When he's not educating himself and others about mental health, you'll find him tackling new business endeavors or simply making friends in line at the grocery store. Russell lives with his wife and two sons in Texas. When he is not power washing a home or business, he enjoys spending time with their dogs and his two teenage boys who are his best friends.
