Autorenporträt

Shavkat Inamjanovich Nabiev wurde am 20. Januar 1947 geboren. Im Jahr 1971 schloss er sein Studium an der Physikalischen Fakultät der Staatlichen Universität Taschkent ab. Von 1974 bis 1978 forschte er an der Russischen Akademie der Wissenschaften in Leningrad auf dem Gebiet der Physik von inhomogenen Halbleitern. Im Jahr 1978 verteidigte er seine Doktorarbeit.
