Federica Bicchi is Associate Professor at the London School of Economics and part-time professor at the Robert Schuman Centre, European University Institute, Italy. Niklas Bremberg is Senior Research Fellow at the Swedish Institute of International Affairs and affiliated to the Department of Government, Uppsala University, Sweden.
