The paper analyses the impact of the European Neighbourhood Policy (ENP), in the sector of administrative justice in Ukraine. The orginality of this paper is based on the analysis of a case study: The twinning between the High Administrative Court of France and Ukraine. She has extensive experience in the the European Parliament and has directed the French agency of economic development of the region Rhone-Alpes in Ukraine. Administrative justice in Ukraine constitutes a core issues in current international affaires.
