Autorenporträt
Arthur Hartkamp is a Professor of European Private Law, Radboud University, the Netherlands. He was formerly the Advocate General and Procureur General of the Supreme Court of the Netherlands and a member of the Civil Code Revision Office, Ministry of Justice of the Netherlands. He is currently a member of the Commission of European Contract Law, the Commission of International Commercial Contracts, UNIDROIT, the Royal Netherlands Academy of Sciences, and Academia Europaea.
