Barbora Babisova obteve um mestrado em Relações Internacionais e Estudos Europeus na Universidade Metropolitana de Praga. Adquiriu experiência internacional na Universidade de Gent, na Bélgica. Concluiu o seu estágio na Representação Permanente da República Checa junto da União Europeia.
