This work examines how much Czech foreign policy is influenced by the EU's "soft power", in other words how much the Czech Republic follows the EU's non-binding decisions. The work approaches the top down Europeanization of Czech foreign policy in the fields of development and security policies. Barbora Babisova obteve um mestrado em Relações Internacionais e Estudos Europeus na Universidade Metropolitana de Praga. Adquiriu experiência internacional na Universidade de Gent, na Bélgica. Concluiu o seu estágio na Representação Permanente da República Checa junto da União Europeia.
