Dr. Diana Panke ist Lecturer for European Politics am University College Dublin. Sie promovierte an der Freien Universität Berlin zur variierenden Rolle des Europäischen Gerichtshofs für die Einhaltung europäischen Rechts und verteidigte die Dissertation im Juli 2007 mit Auszeichnung. Zuvor studierte Diana Panke Politikwissenschaft, Öffentliches Recht und Betriebswirtschaftslehre an der Universität Mannheim und der Johns-Hopkins University, Baltimore. Die Magisterarbeit zur Rolle der Euopäischen Kommission erhielt den Lorenz-von-Stein Preis. Diana Panke hat als wissenschaftliche Hilfskraft und wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am Mannheimer Zentrum für Europäische Sozialforschung (MZES) (2001-2002), als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am Institut für Politikwissenschaft der Universität Heidelberg (2002-2005), und als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin an der Arbeitsstelle für Europäische Integration der Freien Universität Berlin (2005-2007) gearbeitet.
