In general, this book try to find out what is the key successes as well as core challenges faced on the way of EU¿s promotion of good governance. In general The work is distinctive as reveals the key successes and failures of the EU¿s consolidation of democracy in post-communist Europe as it answers the important questions; how the EU became the most successful promoter of democracy in the region and what the secrets of the EU¿s successful governance in the region are.
