Mr Akalpler is a university lecturer/advisor in Cyprus. He received his PhD in Economics and Social Sciences in European Research Institute at Economics University of Vienna. He currently works in the Presidency office as an advisor. He taught several years in universities and attends several Conferences. He published several articles.
