What is meant by euthanasia, and what is its relationship with the right to life and the understanding of the High Court about viable life? The text is divided into three chapters, the first of which addresses the concept of euthanasia and its current standardisation. The second analyses the right to life from a constitutional perspective and the understanding of the Supreme Court in relation to viable life. The third discusses the principle of human dignity as a means of ensuring the person a dignified death. Methodologically, to achieve success, the work starts from the bibliographical research, using renowned authors who contribute to the understanding of the theme.
