Dr Randrianaivo Jean Baptiste is the head of the eye departement at the university hospital of Tamatave Madagascar since 2003.He has obtained his master's degree in community Eye health at the London School of Hygiene and tropical medicine in 2010.He is actualy the coordinator of the vision 2020 program for Atsinanana region Madagascar.
