Videoconferencing is one of the tools of e-learning. Its main characteristics are accessibility, flexibility, and the ability to ensure interaction and collaborative work. This means of learning, imposed by the (Covid-19) pandemic, faces several technical, environmental, psychological and institutional difficulties, perceived by both the learner and the tutor. Evaluation is needed to improve the efficiency of this learning medium in order to meet the needs of the learner and the institution. The main barriers identified were the limited variety of learning media, the lack of formative assessment, a focus on knowledge-based learning, and the lack of interaction with the teacher.
