The lack of economic resources to invest in professional training is an important factor that should be discussed by the government in order to create strategies to improve this aspect, not only to commit to train professionals with a desirable profile, but also to offer them a wide range of job opportunities. The higher education model has shown itself to be innovative in the face of the technological demands of the new 21st century, and demands a productive education without crisis and that responds to the needs of the millennia, where science and technology are used. It derivesfrom an article published with that has the potential to expand the same in the form of a book, which we took on the task of writing with the aim of providing guidance.
