Dr.S.Vijayanand MSc M.Phil., Ph.D lavora come professore assistente presso il Dipartimento di Scienze della Vita del Kristu Jayanti College (autonomo) di Bangalore. Ha iniziato la sua carriera nel 2001 come docente di biochimica e ha ottenuto la qualifica NET in Lectureship. Ha pubblicato 14 lavori di ricerca su riviste internazionali e fa parte del comitato editoriale di una rivista europea.
