Citizen Help Request (CHR) is an e-Government project initiated by Bangladesh Police to provide electronic police services to the citizen on the way of establishing digital government. This book evaluates the effectiveness of CHR project at the citizen perspective using DeLon & McLean IS Success Model (2003). A qualitative interpretive case study approach has been adopted to conduct this study by interviewing Bangladesh police officials and citizens of Bangladesh.
