This book evaluates the effectiveness of CHR project at the citizen perspective using DeLon & McLean IS Success Model (2003). M. Mahmudul Hasan is a PhD candidate at Department of Informatics and Telematics in Harokopio University of Athens. He acquired his MSc degree at the Orebro University. He is now working as Lecturer at Department of Computer Science in American International University. His research interests span across Software Requirements Engineering.
