Medicinal plant extracts are one of the alternatives that have antimicrobial and growth-promoting effects on poultry. Dr. Navid Hosseini graduated from the Department of Veterinary Medicine at Urmia University in 2008. He further obtained a Ph.D. degree in Medical Biochemistry from Ege University in 2016. He has published many articles related to the role of medicinal plants on different parameters of poultry.
