Lucy was born at Ntugi, Kibirichia-Meru Kenya. She has a B.ed in English/Literature, an Msc in Human Resource Development and is undertaking phd in Human Resource Development and an M.A in Linguistics in English.Currently she's a lecturer at Meru Technical T.I. Her research interest is diverse but more specific to HRM, Training and Education.
