In this project I find out the necessary requirements which can make the operation of NEEPCO more smooth and effective. Here I also find out what are the problem facing by the employees of NEEPCO. If we rectify those problem facing by the employees then it also help to smooth and effective running of operation of NEEPCO. So for any organization effective running of operation is essential in order to increase the outcome.
